Meet our Founder
Vezix was founded by Erin Flior, a nonprofit executive and strategic advisor with more than 15 years of experience helping mission-driven organizations navigate growth, complexity, and change. Her career has been dedicated to helping organizations translate bold ideas into practical strategies that strengthen mission and expand impact.
In addition to her advisory work, Erin frequently speaks and guest lectures on strategy, communications, and leadership. She has spoken at numerous events and conferences across the country and has guest lectured at the Georgetown University McDonough School of Business, New York University Stern School of Business, and Howard University.
